Welcome to Ultimate Print Solutions. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website located at ultimateprintsoln.com and our printing and mailing services. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Ultimate Print Solutions provides professional printing, labeling, and mailing services, including but not limited to:

Mailing and Promotional Products
2. Proofing and Approvals
We strive for perfection, but final responsibility for accuracy rests with the customer.
Customer Approval: You are responsible for proofreading all designs and layouts before production. We are not liable for errors (typos, color shifts, or layout issues) in designs approved by the customer.
Color Matching: Due to variations in monitor settings and the printing process, we cannot guarantee a 100% color match to what you see on your screen.
3. Payments and Refunds
Payment: Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Refund Policy: Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final. Refunds or reprints are only issued in the event of a manufacturing defect or shipping error on our part.
4. Shipping and Delivery
While we provide estimated delivery dates for services like Lancaster Mailing Services, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the user.
5. Intellectual Property
You represent that you own or have permission to use all logos, images, and text provided to us for printing. Ultimate Print Solutions reserves the right to refuse any order that we believe violates copyright laws or contains offensive material.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ultimate Print Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County.
